I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Arlo Nomad! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of excellent. When we mentioned that we weren’t thrilled with the view from our original room, they not only listened to our concerns but also upgraded us to a better room without hesitation. Their attentiveness and genuine desire to make us feel welcome truly stood out. The hotel’s design is a masterpiece — modern, sleek, and thoughtfully curated to create a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. Every detail felt intentional, from the stylish decor to the smart use of space. It’s the kind of place that feels Instagram-worthy at every turn. And let’s talk about the location! Situated right in the heart of the city, the Arlo Nomad makes it incredibly easy to explore everything New York has to offer. Whether it was dining, shopping, or sightseeing, we were just steps away from some of the best the city has to offer. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York. I had an incredible stay at the Arlo Nomad Hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the sleek and modern design of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was compact but well-appointed, and I loved the city views from the large windows—it really felt like a true New York City experience. The amenities were top-notch, with comfortable bedding and high-quality bathroom products. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of the Nomad neighborhood, with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The rooftop bar was a highlight too—great drinks and even better views of the skyline. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The Arlo Nomad offers the perfect mix of style, comfort, and location, and I would definitely stay here again when I return to NYC!

The location and staff were amazing so friendly and approachable. The hotel lounge and lobby were beautiful and the staff kindly upgraded us as it was my 30th birthday really going above and beyond. When we got to the room they left out a card and treats honestly amazing ! The maid service came every day and regardless of the time we left the room. The hotel was walking distance from so many attractions, restaurants and subway stations. The view was amazing from our room although due to poor weather we didn’t get to try out the roof top bar.

I loved my queen sky room! I was on the 20 something floor with a fantastic view and I could see the Empire State Building from my bed! The rooftop was accessible but off season nothing open, but this made for perfect sunsets (when it wasn’t raining) and almost 360 views of Manhattan ! Magical. The room was bigger than I expected and perfect for one person, there was room for my luggage, and I think would be reasonable for two people. The bed was very comfortable.

We had a pretty nice view from the 22nd floor. - The staff were accommodating; we had the breakfast package and the staff were excellent and kind, and the food was some of the best we had during our time in NYC. - We were given some macarons on arrival as we had informed the hotel that it was our honeymoon
