The location and staff were amazing so friendly and approachable. The hotel lounge and lobby were beautiful and the staff kindly upgraded us as it was my 30th birthday really going above and beyond. When we got to the room they left out a card and treats honestly amazing ! The maid service came every day and regardless of the time we left the room. The hotel was walking distance from so many attractions, restaurants and subway stations. The view was amazing from our room although due to poor weather we didn’t get to try out the roof top bar.

Incredible room view over the Empire State Building! The rooftop was amazing as well. Comfortable bed. Great quality toiletries. 24/7 desk, flexible check in. Great location!

The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of the Nomad neighborhood, with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The rooftop bar was a highlight too—great drinks and even better views of the skyline. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The Arlo Nomad offers the perfect mix of style, comfort, and location, and I would definitely stay here again when I return to NYC!
